Setting Up Delivery Profiles
Configure shipping settings for your Etsy poster shop
Delivery profiles control how your posters are shipped to customers. Setting them up correctly ensures accurate shipping costs and realistic delivery expectations. Before starting, make sure you have completed your Etsy store setupand chosen a print-on-demand provider (e.g., Print Shrimp).

Step 1: Navigate to Delivery Settings
Go to Settings > Delivery Settings in your Etsy shop dashboard. You can also access it directly at Etsy.com/your/account/shop/delivery.
Step 2: Set Processing Times
Configure your order processing schedule. Enter your processing times and remove Saturday & Sunday as you can't get posters printed and shipped on these days. This ensures realistic delivery expectations for customers. Set processing time to 3-5 business days for print-on-demand, and add a buffer for quality control.
Step 3: Add Delivery Profile
Click "Add delivery profile" to create a new shipping profile for your posters. If using Print Shrimp or another print provider, copy their pricing page information for shipping rates to ensure accuracy.
Step 4: Configure Shipping Zones
Set up regional shipping rates. The recommended structure is:
- Free Shipping: United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU), United States (USA), Australia (AU)
- Paid Shipping: Rest of World (ROW) - £8.49 per order
Select appropriate shipping services for each zone based on your print provider's capabilities.
Step 5: Name and Save Profile
Give your delivery profile a descriptive name (e.g., "Poster Shipping") and save your configuration. You can create multiple profiles for different product types if needed.
Step 6: Configure Artomate
Once your delivery profile is set up in Etsy, configure Artomate to use it when publishing posters. This ensures seamless integration between your poster generation and listing process.
