Task destinations

Tasks can automatically publish your generated posters to Etsy, Shopify, or both platforms simultaneously. This guide explains how destinations work and how to configure them.

Available Destinations

Etsy

When you select Etsy as a destination, tasks will:

• Generate SEO-optimized titles, tags, and descriptions
• Upload mockup images to your Etsy store
• Create listings with proper taxonomy and pricing
• Use your configured shipping profile
• Apply your title and material preferences

Requirements: You must have connected your Etsy store and granted the necessary permissions. See the Integrations section for setup instructions.

Shopify

When you select Shopify as a destination, tasks will:

• Create products in your Shopify store
• Upload mockup images
• Set up product variants and pricing
• Publish in draft mode by default (you can activate later)

Requirements: Shopify integration must be configured and connected.

Selecting Destinations

When creating a task, you can select one or both destinations:

• Etsy Only: Check only the Etsy checkbox
• Shopify Only: Check only the Shopify checkbox
• Both: Check both checkboxes to publish to both platforms

If no destinations are selected, Etsy is used by default. You can change destinations before launching the task.

How Publishing Works

For each task item, the publishing process follows these steps:

1. Image Generation: AI generates the poster image
2. Mockup Creation: Mockup images are created from your selected frames
3. SEO Content Generation: AI generates optimized titles, tags, and descriptions
4. Publishing: Content is published to your selected destination(s)

If you selected both Etsy and Shopify, the same content is published to both platforms simultaneously. Each platform receives the appropriate format for its requirements.

Viewing Published Listings

Once a task item completes publishing, you can:

• Click the "View Listing" link next to completed items in the task progress view
• Access Etsy listings directly from the Etsy dashboard
• Find Shopify products in your Shopify admin (check drafts if draft mode was used)
