What happens when my plan is canceled?
Learn what happens to your account and data when you cancel your plan
When you cancel your plan, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will transition to a free tier with limited features.
During the Billing Period
After canceling, you'll continue to have full access to all features included in your paid plan until the end of your current billing cycle. You've already paid for this period, so you can use all services normally.
After Cancellation
- Account Access: Your account remains active, but moves to the free tier
- Data Retention: All your data, templates, and generated images are preserved
- Quota Changes: Your monthly quota will be reduced to the free tier limits
- No Refunds: Cancellation is immediate, but you retain access until the period ends
Reactivation
You can reactivate your paid plan at any time. Simply go to your billing settings and select a plan. Your account will be immediately upgraded with full access restored.
Data Export
Before canceling, you may want to export any important data. All your generated images, templates, and settings remain accessible even after cancellation, but with free tier limitations.
