Monitoring your monthly quota helps you plan your image generation usage and avoid unexpected interruptions. Here's how to check your quota and usage details.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

Log in to your Artomate account and click on your profile icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".

Step 2: Access the Billing Page

In the Settings sidebar, click on "Billing". This will take you to the Billing & Payments page where you can view all information related to your subscription and usage.

What You'll See on the Billing Page

Subscription Plan Card

At the top of the page, you'll see your current subscription plan with:

Your plan name and monthly price
Subscription status badge (active, cancelled, etc.)

Included Requests Used

This section shows your included allowance usage:

Progress Bar: Visual indicator showing how many of your 400 included units you've used
Usage Count: Displays "X / 400 units" showing your current usage
Last Reset Date: Shows when your billing period started (when your quota last reset)
Important Note: Premium models count as 4 units, while default models count as 1 unit

Usage-Based Spending

This section tracks usage beyond your included allowance:

Overage Units: Shows how many units you've used beyond your 400 included units
Progress Bar: Visual indicator of your overage usage
Spending Limit: Displays your configured monthly spending limit (if set) or "No spending limit set"
Edit Limit Button: Click to set or modify your monthly spending limit and alert threshold
Pricing: Hover over the info icon to see "1 unit = £0.05"

Billing Information

Shows key billing details:

Next Billing Date: When your next subscription payment will be processed
Billing Cycle: Typically "Monthly"

Usage Activity Card

Below your subscription details, you'll find a comprehensive Usage Activity card that provides:

Summary tiles showing total events, images generated, mockups generated, and listings published
Daily activity chart visualizing your usage over time
Activity breakdown with detailed counters
Event log table showing individual usage events with dates, models, units, and costs
Date range selector (1d, 7d, 30d, or custom) to view different time periods
Current billing window and allowance status

Tip: Use the refresh button to update usage data, and explore different date ranges to analyze your usage patterns.

Action Buttons

At the bottom of the Subscription Plan card, you'll find:

Change Plan: Upgrade or modify your subscription
View All Plans: See available subscription options
Manage Billing: Opens Stripe Customer Portal for payment methods, invoices, and billing history

Understanding Your Quota

Key Points:

You receive 400 included units per billing period
Your billing period is based on your subscription start date, not calendar months
Premium models (like DALL-E, Imagen 4) consume 4 units per generation
Default models (like Imagen 4 Fast, Ideogram Turbo) consume 1 unit per generation
Mockup generation is always free and doesn't count against your quota
When you exceed 400 units, additional usage is billed at £0.05 per unit
You can set a spending limit to control your maximum monthly spend
