How to download receipts & invoices
Access and download your billing receipts and invoices
All your receipts and invoices are stored securely in Stripe and can be downloaded at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal for your records or accounting purposes.
Step 1: Navigate to Billing Settings
Log in to your Artomate account and click on your profile icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings". In the Settings sidebar, click on "Billing".
Step 2: Open the Customer Portal
On the Billing & Payments page, scroll down to the action buttons at the bottom of the Subscription Plan card. Click the "Manage Billing" button. This will open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new browser tab.
Note: The "Manage Billing" button may show "Opening..." briefly while the portal session is being created. The Stripe Customer Portal will open in a new tab automatically.
Step 3: Access Billing History
In the Stripe Customer Portal, look for the "Billing history" or "Invoices" section. Here you'll see a list of all your past transactions, organized by date.
What you'll see:
- All invoices and receipts from your subscription
- Transaction dates and invoice numbers
- Amounts charged for each billing period
- Payment method used for each transaction
- Status of each invoice (paid, pending, etc.)
Step 4: Download Receipts or Invoices
Click on any invoice or receipt from the list to view its details. On the invoice detail page, you'll find a "Download" or "Download PDF" button. Click it to download the document as a PDF file.
Each downloaded PDF includes:
- Transaction date and invoice number
- Itemized charges and amounts
- Payment method used
- Billing address
- Tax information (if applicable)
- Subscription details
Email Receipts
By default, you'll receive an email receipt from Stripe for each transaction. These emails contain a direct link to view and download the full invoice from the Stripe Customer Portal. You can also access all your invoices anytime through the portal.
Tip: You can download multiple invoices by accessing each one individually in the Stripe Customer Portal. All invoices are permanently stored and accessible through your Stripe account.
